Labour market training
In cooperation with the TE Office, we organise labour market training in various fields for TE Office clients, unemployed persons, and people at risk of unemployment. The training courses are funded by the ELY Centre and are free of charge for participants.
he training courses are mainly aimed at university graduates. They are intended to help you develop and expand your own skills and expertise in university-level studies.
Recruitment Training, Continuous Training, and Change Training
We provide Recruitment Training, Continuous Training, and Change Training for changing business situations.
These are training courses planned, tendered, procured, and funded by the ELY Centre and the TE Office together with the employer. The employer’s contribution is always 20-50%, regardless of the type of training.
Recruitment Training is designed for recruiting a new workforce when skilled workers are not available. Continuous Training updates the skills of company employees in situations of change, and is also suitable for those on temporary lay-offs. Change Training is aimed at helping people who have been made redundant learn a new profession and is also suitable for people who have been made indefinitely redundant.
