We develop the future working life skills of both organisations and staff, including remote and hybrid work, ability to change, remote interaction skills and the readiness to hire international labour. In addition, wellbeing at work plays an increasingly central role in the working life. We develop it in a multidisciplinary manner, for example through knowledge management and a nature-oriented approach. The competence of the research group’s experts also includes measures promoting employment and supporting job search skills.
